Clear, very fine and polished scent of ripe black berries with a hint of rosehip and moss berries, tobacco and nutty cask tones, duck meat, a bit of herbs, floral nuances, and a touch of pepper. Youthful, fresh, very juicy, cool-feeling fruit, again nutty wood with tobacco and very slightly bitter chocolate aromas, delicately smoky on the palate, persistent and dense, fine peppery-ethereal and also herbal spice, good depth, distinct minerality, still a bit underdeveloped, fine acidic bite, very good, firm finish with fresh, rather cool juice and a bit of cayenne pepper.
