Smoky, dried-vegetable, earthy and slightly tobacco-like aroma with red and black fruity notes, a bit of smoke, soy sauce, eggplant, leather, and wood. Quite juicy, youthful, firmly structured, tart fruit, lively acidity, smoky, herbal-plant-like, peppery and iodine tones, crumbly-sandy, ripe tannin, ethereal notes, certain sustainability, fine aromatic bitterness, yeasty hints, chalky-lime tones in the background, very good, bitter finish with bite.
