2019 AOC Graubünden Pinot Noir "Unique", German-speaking Switzerland-Grison, Switzerland

Clear, firm and deep, fine red and black berry scent with floral nuances, tobacco, a hint of bacon, beetroot, artichoke, pepper, bread crust and mineral nuances. Tart, tightly knit, relatively restrained fruit, some acid bite and youthful, fine tannin, warm and cool elements, persistent on the palate, distinct minerality, dried-vegetable and mushroom reminiscent tones, some depth, tobacco notes, dark chocolate and some coffee in the background, very good, tart finish. Needs to mature.
