Editor note: Clear, firm nose, light yeasty notes, hint of almonds, ripe, partly candied yellow deuit, floral and elegant vegetal tarces, light mineral notes in the background. Ripe, very firm, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, persistent and full-bodied, light nutty oak, hint of tobacco, prominent salty, chalky mineral notes, good depth, hint of bacon, fairly prominent yeasty notes, still undeveloped, noticeable high alcohol, but quite well integrated, fliral traces, hint of red berries, clear contours, some grip on a very good, firm finish. Needs time to mature.
Best to drink: 2021-2032+
