Schlank, fest und trocken im Mund, pflanzliche und zart hefige Noten, lebendige Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, mineralisch im Hintergrund, feiner Biss und Griff, noch eher unzugänglich, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang.
