2021 Martinsthal Wildsau Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Cool, firm, still somewhat closed, tart, bright, somewhat yeasty nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little Mediterranean herbs and mineral hints. Slender, cool and bright, fine-juicy, rather tightly knitted fruit, lively, polished acidity, planty to herbal, delicately floral and again also yeasty notes, good persistence, not completely dry, but also with clear, tart, intensely salty minerality, still undeveloped, very good finish with tension.
