Slightly dried vegetable to herbaceous, also a trace of floral fragrance with yellow fruity and slightly earthy notes. Clear, quite polished, finely juicy, cool fruit, some sweetness and lively, fine acidity, herbal-vegetable aromas, a touch of black berries, some minerality, good to very good finish with almost tart juice
