Tart, still slightly muted fruit with smoky and somewhat nutty wood aromas, a hint of coffee grounds and cocoa, present, crumbly, sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, medium power, salt and also delicately peppery nuances in the background, some depth, malty traces, very good, firm, again smoky finish with relatively dark fruit and spice as well as more and more freshness and tension with air.
