Firm, tart, somewhat earthy and malty, with air fresher and fresher, more precise fragrance of mixed berries with cherry notes and notes of Provence herbs and a touch of bacon. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, crumbly tannin tightening with air and increasing bite, herbaceous nuances, very slightly floral, a hint of citrus fruit on the palate, excellent substance and persistence, slightly sweetish melt, fine spice, good depth, quite complex then in the juicy, spicy, fresh herbal and mineral finish.
