Clear, quite polished pome fruit nose with fine planty to delicately herbal and hints of yeasty notes. Straightforward, bright, fine-juicy, delicately melting fruit, very fine acidity, good persistence, has a certain polish, mineral hints, good to very good finish with nutty traces
