Clear, very slightly yeasty and subtly smoky aroma with rather tart stone fruit notes and citrus hints. Quite juicy, firm, not completely dry fruit with bitter nutty-yeasty, almond-like, delicately smoky, and dried plant to herbal aromas, fine acidity, grippy on the palate, pronounced stony, salty, and slightly clay-like minerality, persistent, delicate melt, still young, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2031+. What our ratings mean
