Festering, rather cool, yeasty-bacon-like, somewhat partially dried plant-based citrus-peach scent with white fruity nuances, a hint of currants, jasmine, yeasty undertones, and clay-earthy mineral notes. Firmly structured fruit with dried-plant to herbal aromas, nutty, yeasty, and ethereal spice, blackberry nuances, intense, crumbly-stony and salty minerality, sustainable, due to the complex, bitter spice, despite its residual sugar, almost appearing dry, good depth, very good to long, tight, sweet-bitter, again distinctly mineral finish with nutty, tobacco, coffee-spicy, and smoky notes.
