Firm and deeper, slightly tobacco-like, somewhat nutty and vegetal to ethereal-herbaceous scent of candied yellow fruits with slight hints of clay and dark berries, a trace of shells and shell fragments. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with well-integrated sweetness, a hint of rose petals and a suggestion of maple, lively yet fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannins, dense and persistent, salty minerality, again with shell fragments, very good, firm finish with cool juice and bitter herbal spice.
