Clear, cool and polished, quite firm citrus-stone fruit nose with clear, fine herbal aromas, hints of smoke and distinct floral aromas. Clear, fine, delicately sweet fruit, polished acidity, herbs again on the palate, also dark berry notes, a hint of yeast, good persistence, almost a bit earthy, but also stony minerality, delicate root vegetables and mushrooms in the background, very good, cool, fine, polished finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
