Developed, slightly nutty and a hint of vegetal nose with yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, hints of bacon, traces of caramel and quite clear citrus zest. Quite juicy and dense fruit, lively, fine acidity and noticeable grip of crumbly tannin, nutty and dried-vegetable tones, herbs on the palate, some smoke and green bacon, also fine wild mushrooms, persistent, certain depth, black berry hints, salty-stony minerality, certain sweetness, very light creaminess, very good, juicy and somewhat spicy finish with buttery-caramel hints

Editor note: Clear nose, still slightly restless, yeasty and light herbaceous notes, cool stone fruit and some ripe citrus fruit, delicate light floral notes, mineral notes. Tart, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, tart vegetal notes, prominent stony, salty mineral notes, taut, elegant acidity, dried vegetal notes, fairly deep and persistent, hint of black berries, some sage, noticeable bite and grip, very good tart, juicy, firm, salty finish.
