Quite firm, slightly yellow-spicy, somewhat nutty and herbal nose of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries, butter and some smoke. Clear, tart-juicy fruit with a delicate melt, lively, yet fine acidity, a hint of pepper and dried mushrooms, barrel wood in the background, hints of lemon verbena, chalky minerality, very good finish with bite.
