Cloudy golden yellow. Tart citrus and citrus peel nose with distinct cool herbal aromas, some yeast and floral traces. firmly knit, tangy fruit with yeasty, nutty and slightly floral tones, clear herbal spiciness and red berry nuances in the background, certain power and melting, grip of present, yet crumbly tannin, fine acidity, a little yellow spiciness, persistent, certain depth, chalky hints, ethereal traces, very good, firm, grippy, juicy and spicy finish.
