2019 Blauer Portugieser trocken "Privat", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clear, firm and quite polished aroma of black and red berries with a little dried floral, spicy and slightly chocolaty aromas and a hint of juniper. Ripe, tangy, firmly knitted fruit, peppery-spicy and slightly smoky tones, fine sandy, crumbly tannins, some bite, lasting, salty notes in the background, still young, some depth, very good, tangy and spicy, also slightly smoky-bacon finish.
