Cool. polished nose, light herbaceous and delicate floral notes, elegant yellow fruit, nutty and yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent sugar candy, light yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, nutty traces, lively acidity, slightly creamy, full body, floral aromas, hint of dark berries, mineral notes in the background, still largely undevleoped, some depth, quite sweet again on a very good finish.
