2021 Saarburg Fuchs Riesling Auslese, Mosel, Germany

Quite firm, a little planty to herbal, light citrus-peach scent. Lean, bright, delicately juicy sweet fruit, lively acidity, delicate grip, again planty to herbal notes, also mineral tones in the background, good persistence, a hint of grated apple, very good finish with some pull.
