2018 Saarburg Fuchs Riesling "der Fuchs", Mosel, Germany

Relatively tart, slightly dried planty and a hint of phenolic scent with relatively cool, bright yellow fruity notes. Very slightly developed, sweetish, partly candied fruit, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, tart herbaceous-vegetal and mineral notes, very good, fine-juicy, again sweetish finish with grip.
