Rather tart, bright, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable, floral and almost a little tobacco aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas. Sweetish, partly candied fruit, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty traces, slightly floral and herbal on the palate, some persistence, light minerality in the background, some tannin, good, sweet finish with herbal and mineral notes.
