Tart, somewhat nutty and slightly dried vegetal aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, herbal spice and a hint of root vegetables. Bright, slightly warm fruit, yeasty and nutty aromas, some herbs, hints of fennel, crumbly-sandy tannin and suitable acidity, some persistence, very slightly sweet melting, a little muted, a hint of dark berries in the background, good to very good, again slightly grippy finish with fennel notes.
