Slightly waxy and fennel-like nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of nuts and dried floral nuances. Ripe, somewhat melting and delicately sweet fruit with candy notes, vegetal, again mainly fennel tones and a little yellow spice, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, delicately tobacco woody on the palate, somewhat muted, a hint of liquorice, also mushrooms in the background, has power, some depth, peppery and mineral tones, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: 2022-2027+. What our ratings mean
