Clear, polished, relatively cool bouquet of predominantly black berries and cherries with smoky, sooty and peppery aromas, a hint of tobacco as well as animal and nutty tones. Tart, tightly knit, quite juicy fruit with present, smoky and sooty wood aromas, some pepper, dried-vegetable to herbal and earthy notes, salt in the background, some citrus zest, some depth, very good, firm, slightly drying finish with ethereal peppery and juniper notes.
