Firm, fairly cool nose, elegant vegetal, delicate floral and earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of yellow spice. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light floral notes, very elegant acidity, hint of red berries in the background, touch of citrus zests, light nutty oak and vanilla in the background, full-bodied, has contours and some bite, smoky traces, hint of bacon, polished with an elegant bite on a very good finish.
