Fairly mature but still fresh, fairly deep nose, spicy with ripe mixed berries and cherries, herbaceous, light dried floral and mineral notes, hint of bacon. Fairly soft, ripe dark fruit on the palate, integrated sandy tannins, slightly sooty, spicy oak, dried vegetal and earthy notes, good persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, slightly rustic style, creamy, also astringent, hint of cocoa on a warm finish.
