Yeasty, light floral and slightly muesy nose with citrus notes, white fruity tones, some stone fruit and quite clearly herbal mustard. Smoky, nutty and yeasty in the mouth, tones again reminiscent of herb mustard, restrained, quite dry fruit, medium-fine perlage, buttery hints, a little smoke on the palate, slightly bitter, good to very good finish.
