Firm and deep, yeasty, slightly herbaceous and a hint of bacon with citrus and pome fruit notes, nutty aromas and floral hints. Firm, rather juicy, tart fruit, yeasty and fresh vegetable to herbal aromas, lively, fine mousseux and lots of bite, lasting, good substance and a certain depth, has tension, quite clear minerality, floral traces, very good, firm, again extremely juicy finish with a draught
