Firm nose, yeasty with light nutty and vegetal notes, reminiscent of mussel shells, tart yellow fruit aromas, light buttery notes and some brioche. Ripe, juicy, dry fruit on the palate, fairly fine mousse, good substance, light tannic grip, nutty and vegetal aromas, some depth, hint of butter, persistent, very good, firm finish.
