Smoky and slightly nutty, also yeasty aroma with bright citrus notes, a bit of sour apple, herbal nuances, and a hint of tobacco. Herbaceous-juicy, again bright fruit with nutty, yeasty, and slightly smoky tones, fine mousse, good substance and sustainability, a bit of grip, lively acidity, delicate melt on the palate, some depth, mineral nuances, very good, firm finish with bright juice, bite, and bitter spice.
