Clear, polished, bright citrus-stone fruit nose with very fine herbal-vegetal and floral nuances, green peppers and some minerality. Fresh, tightly knit, bright and cool fruit, completely dry, lively, fine acidity and some grip, yeasty nuances, a hint of caraway, clear, bright minerality, persistent, tight, very good, tart, cool finish with grip and pull.
