Firm and quite deep, multi-layered, somewhat smoky-reductive, fine-vegetable and slightly smoky-bacon aroma with herbaceous-vegetable, restrained yellow-fruity and delicately dried-mushroomy aromas as well as a hint of dark fruits. Ripe, juicy, somewhat melting fruit with herbal notes, mushrooms again and hints of dark fruits, very fine acidity, delicate grip, bacony hints on the palate, certain depth, a touch of morels, present, salty minerality, peppery traces and citrus zest, tones reminiscent of saffron, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy, again also mineral finish. A great pleasure.
