Nutty and slightly dried vegetable, also a hint of spicy fragrance with yellow fruity and vegetable notes. Clear, tart, cool and finely juicy, light fruit, very fine acidity, vegetable notes on the palate again, still a hint of yeast, mineral notes in the background, light floral nuances, good to very good, relatively fresh, cool finish
