Firm and quite deep, multi-layered, yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable scent of ripe, partly dried citrus fruits with a hint of chillies. Cool, taut, tangy fruit, floral, herbal and yeasty notes, again citrus zest, lively acidity and present, fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, some grip, a hint of protein, nutty traces, hints of rock candy, very good finish.
