Elegant, cool nose, light vegetal and delicate floral notes, herbaceous traces, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces, prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly prominent acidity, light salty mineral notes, has grip and bite, some depth, very good, tart and very firm finish.
