Deep, firm nose, hinjt of smoked bacon, prominent vegetal notes, tart yellow fruit, light oak, bay leaf, peppery traces and some caraway seed, intense mineral notes. Tart, juicy and very firm cool, compact fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light yeasty and nutty notes, very prominent mineral notes, concentrated and persistent, tart peppery spice, chalky notes, ripe tannins provide firm grip, touch of smoked bacon in the background, still totally undeveloped, very good, lonf, firm, complex, gripping finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
