Fairly cool vegetal nose, restrained yellow fruit, some pepper and fresh buttery notes, delicate spicy notes reminiscent of cardamom, floral notes, intense mineral notes. Firm, tart and juicy on the palate, fresh vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively, elegant acidity, persistent, very good substance and depth, still largely undeveloped, vibrant, firm bite, elegant grip, medium body, not an ounce of fat, tremendous minerality, yeasty traces in the background, hint of red berries, some more peppery traes, clear contours, mouthwatering on a very good, long, firm, juicy finish.
