Deep nose, prominent vegetal and light earthy notes, touch of smoked bacon, restrained yellow fruit, peppery traces, some mushrooms, tart mineral notes. Cool and firm, restrained citrus and pomaceous fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, light floral traces, persistent, firm bite and some grip, mineral notes in the background, prominent lime and a hint of watermelon, good depth, still undeveloped, clear contours, good to very good firm finish.
