Deep, complex, enchanting nose, elegant vegetal notes, still slightly yeasty, elegant yellow fruit, delicate floral aromas, moss, mineral notes in the background. Ripe, deep, concentrated, juicy and slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, vegetal notes with a touch of broccoli, yeasty notes, lively, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent, prominent bite and elegant grip, good depth, full body, but remains cool, clear contours, totally undeveloped, herbaceous notes in the background, prominent salty notes, delicately sweetish and juicy on a very good, long finish.
