Firm, deep nose, dried vegetal and herbayceous notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of green tobacco, still has some yeasty notes. Ripe, concentrated, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, full-bodied, but also cool, lively, polished acidity, light tannic grip, light floral traces, vegetal and herbaceous traces, fairly intense salty mineral notes, still totally undeveloped, slightly off-dry, slightly creamy, but also has a firm acid bite, deep and complex, no-frills style,hint of green pepper, very good, long, gripping finish. Definitely needs time to develop.
