2009 Kamptal DAC Ried Berg Vogelsang Grüner Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Tart, restrained, somewhat vegetal nose with reserved yellow fruity notes. Relatively lean, tart, restrained juicy fruit, distinctly vegetal flavours, some acid bite, hints of tannin, some persistence, mineral hints, a touch of butter, slightly muted, good to very good finish. Has held up quite amazingly well.
