Translate to English Fester, leicht nussiger und auch vegetabiler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen mit herben erdig-mineralischen Noten und pfeffriger Würze. Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, reife, recht geschliffene Frucht mit kräuterig-vegetabilen und pfeffrigen Aromen, mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, viel Kraft, aber auch feiner Biss udn kühlende mineralische Aromen, gute Tiefe, recht komplex, süßlicher Schmelz, etwas Wärme, sehr guter, dichter, würziger und saftiger Abgang mit gewürzigen Aromen und Griff. Hält sich prächtig und ist im Moment wohl besser denn je.

Editor note: Very elegant nose, pears and some honeydew melon, mineral and delicate herbaceous notes, hint of green and red pepper. Firmly structured, elegant and juicy on the palate, quite polished, crystal clear fruit, not totally dry, quite creamy, sweetish and spicy, some more peppery notes, persistent, harmonious, very good finish.
