Firm nose with prominent mineral notes, light vegetal notes, restrained tart citrus notes, some pomaceous fruit and quinces, elegant, fairly cool herbaceous notes. Concentrated, clean and juicy on the palate, prominent herbs and spices and vegetal notes, intensem ineral notes, elegant peppery notes in the background, very elegant, lively acidity, very full-bodied, but also polished with an elegant acid bite, deep and persistent, firm, noticeable but integrated alcohol, elegantly spicy and juicy on a long finish, just starting to be drinkable.

Editor note: Tremendous deep nose, intense peppery notes, dried herbs, honeydew melon and pear, with minerals and spices. Very creamy, full-bodied, juicy, again peppery fruit, not totally dry, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, which becomes almost totally integrated with some aeration, tart mineral backbone gives structure, tart mineral notes, deep and persistent, still largely undeveloped, enormous length. Definitely needs time to mature.
