Lightly cloudy straw yellow. Clearly yeasty, somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbaceous, nutty, and slightly fatty aroma of ripe yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of chicken broth and egg. Polished, herbaceous, and firmly structured fruit with slightly tobacco and fennel aromas, hinted tarragon mustard and hay, lively acidity, crumbly-sandy tannins, good sustainability, salty minerality, very good, again herbaceous finish.
