Relatively cool, somewhat nutty, vegetable to dried herb-like and hinted smoky scent of bright yellow fruits with a hint of zucchini and arugula. Straightforward, not completely dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of Brazil nuts and root vegetables, lively acidity, light tannin grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
