2021 Castell Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, fine-vegetable nose with bright, quite polished stone fruit notes and nutty traces. Very lean, cool, tart fruit, again planty aromas, very fine acidity, straightforward and bright type, has polish, good finish.
