2021 Abtswind Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, tart, delicately floral, a touch yeasty nose with bright white and yellow fruit aromas, but also a hint of dark berries and rather dark ethereal nuances. Quite firm fruit with planty to herbal, yeasty and again also slightly black berry tones, lively acidity and some grip, quite clear minerality, a hint of red currant leaves and smoke, good to very good finish with plenty of bite.
