Ripe, rather tart, yet soft and melting fruit, very fine acidity, some grip, vegetal aromas, a little yellow spice, a hint of candy and butter, warming alcohol and at the same time cooling mineral and delicately ethereal aromas, very slightly dark background, very good, relatively vegetable finish with smoky traces.
