2019 Greuth Bastel Silvaner trocken "Filetstück", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart vegetal, somewhat smoky and slightly peppery nose with yellow-fruity, somewhat yellow-spicy and distinctly vegetable aromas. Ripe, melting, warm and sweet fruit, moderate acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, yellow-spicy and peppery tones, persistent, quite powerful, salty notes in the background, a hint of bacon and spinach, very good, again warm, sweet and spicy finish.
